After your referral completes their first purchase, you will receive also receive either the $5.00 or $10.00 merchandise credit on your next purchase of either $25.00 or $50.00. There is no limit on the number of merchandise credits you are eligible to earn, the more new customers you refer to us, the more you save!!! Remember to sign-up for Referral Rewards on your next store visit or online. We welcome your referrals to sign-up for our Referral Rewards Program too!

Each Frequent Shopper Rewards Program member will have a membership card on file with Mona Lisa Fashions. Simply make six (6) purchases of $50.00 or more every three months to complete your card and earn your $25.00 Mona Lisa Fashions merchandise credit. Sign-up for our Frequent Shopper Rewards program on your next store visit and begin reaping the rewards!
